Order and Payment

There are 3 ways to order: Online, by email or by phone. In all three cases payment can be made by credit/debit card, as well as by bank transfer. All our payment methods offer the maximum security to our customers.
The data and characteristics of the order will be sent to the customer at the time of purchase and the payment must be made within 72 hours of placing the order. If payment is not made within this period, the order will be cancelled.
Once the payment of the order has been made, you will receive an email confirming its processing and the status of the order. It is very simple.
We do not have access to your bank details at any time. When you enter the payment process, you are redirected to the bank's secure payment gateway and your details are therefore completely invisible to us. Once the payment has been made, it is the bank that gives us instant confirmation that the payment has been processed correctly.
When paying by transfer, please note that payment may take up to 48 hours on working days. The shipment will be formalized as soon as the payment is received in our account

Shipping

The minimum order for free shipping is 200 € , for the peninsula, and 1100 € for the European Zone (Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands).
For orders from the Islands, please contact us and we will look for the best conditions for transport.
In any case, orders will always be served at street level.
The delivery time varies according to the brand, and is indicated inside each of our product sheets. As we work with products from all over the world, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by transport companies or complications in production. However, we will inform you promptly of any delays.
When you enter the Exempt Online Shop, when you enter the delivery address of your order, we will tell you if your address is within our delivery area.
It is not normal for this to happen, but if the order is going to be delayed our Customer Service will contact you by phone.
Unless the minimum order quantity is exceeded, the price of transport is not included in the price of the article and will be charged to the customer. Deliveries that cannot be made due to difficulties of access will be at the expense of the customer both for the outward and return journey. The transport service does not include the assembly or loading of our products. The customer must provide the necessary information to facilitate the delivery. The articles are delivered completely packed in their original packaging. The delivery times shown on the website are completely indicative, and EXEMPT, is not responsible for any delays in delivery as it is an external service.

Returns

1) Given the nature of the product, claims will be admitted for those products that present breakages due to transport causes, for which you will have to make a note of it at the reception of the transport company itself. Once the goods have been received, you have a period of 24 hours to make a claim in the event of an incident. Send us photographs of the incident by e-mail so that we can manage it. After 24 hours we will not be responsible if the incident has been caused by the transport company.

2) If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, provided that it is a product from our stock (articles with 2-4 day delivery), you have a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the order, to exercise your right of return. Shipping and collection costs in the event of return will be paid by the customer.By exception, the right of withdrawal shall not apply in the case of products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised and/or made to order.

3) In some cases the colours and/or measurements are approximate to reality but not 100% reliable, for specific cases you should consult us as returns for technical reasons will be at the expense of the customer.

4) To make such a return, the product must be in its original packaging without having been used and without damage. Once the goods have been received at our warehouse, and after checking their condition, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method used by the customer within a maximum period of 30 days.

Guarantee

Exempt will not be responsible for any damage that has not been reflected in the delivery note, at the time of receipt of the goods. All the products in our catalogue are completely original, manufactured by leading brands, and their guarantee period can range from 12 to 24 months.
In the event of a defective product, we will repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, all of which will be free of charge for the customer.
